About the Caple vault
The vault gives you direct access to short-term loans for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that are in good standing and free from default. These SME loans act as collateral and are legally safeguarded within a bankruptcy-remote legal structure by Florence Finance Europe BV. Our trusted lending partner, Caple Funding Solutions BV, takes on the role of sourcing and managing these loans. If an SME within the portfolio happens to default, the affected loan's value is adjusted to its estimated recovery worth, and this loss is equally apportioned among all Caple Vault token holders.
